I am going on holiday from 4pm tomorrow until 8am, Monday 10th August. In that time there will be 2 auctions. Other Administrator works two days a week; the office will have to function without me. I am compiling a list of all my tasks so that people are clear about what will or won't be done automatically while I'm gone.

1. Sales updates.
2. Spreadsheets:
a. Builder sales updates.
b. Builder val updates.
c. Total month entries.
i. Print off Auction Entries list.
d. Total month sales.
i. Print off auction list post-auction.
e. Year to date entries.
f. Year to date sales.
g. General co-agent list.
h. Co-agent by area.
3. Update whiteboards:
a. Builder properties.
b. Auction entries this month.
c. Auction entries year to date.
4. Regional advertising:
a. Journal Homemaker, editorial.
b. Durham Advertiser, 1 page.
c. Blyth Leader, 1 page.
d. Sunderland Echo, 1 page.
e. Gateshead Chronicle Extra, 1 page.
f. Teesside Gazette, 1 page.
g. Journal Homemaker, 4 pages.
i. Print off auction list.
ii. Compile properties by area for each paper.
iii. Copy/paste details from Auction > Email to Journal to an.email@alocation.com.
iv. Include 3 JPEGs for each property (make sure to open each JPEG to its full scale and save from there).
v. Double check every proof with Boss Lady.
5. National advertising, as needed.
6. Filing:
a. National properties – contracts.
b. National co-agents – contracts.
c. Regional properties – contracts.
d. Customer correspondence.
e. Builder val reports.
7. Training packs:
a. Regional valuers’ aid.
b. National roadshow aid.
8. HIPs.
9. Attendance:
a. Company network diary.
b. Calendar in back office.
10. Tasks:
a. Periodic Vendor Reports.
b. Applicants to review.
c. Sales.
d. Vaseys boards.
11. Typing for Boss1/Boss2/THE BOSS.
12. Compose letters for Boss1/Boss Lady.
13. Mail-merging for National Auction.
14. Typing up property details for National Auction.
15. Post:
a. Franking (use scales).
b. Top up funds (take cable from back of fax and plug into white connector).
c. Take post to Post Office (by 5pm Mon-Fri, by 12pm Sat).
16. General cleaning:
a. Vacuum.
b. Wash cups.
c. Empty bins.
17. Lock up.
a. All lights off.
b. Fans off.
c. Both doors locked.

That's 65 items, y'all. I'm expecting roses upon my return.
