My week with shei

I survived it!

Ahem.

She's gone now, probably having a miserable time on a train in Spain, but whilst shei was here we had a blast. We went to Alton Towers, South Shields, the Angel of the North, Hadrian's Wall, Edinburgh (to the castle, and to eat haggis), and York (Jorvik centre, and the Minster - which killed us, and proved we are not the same spry girls who tackled Italy's finest domes and towers four years ago). We stayed in Thursday night and got very, very, VERY drunk whilst watching Merlin DVD commentaries (which I have to watch again because we talked through them).

But we didn't kill each other! This is important! It's like we've matured or something.

Anyway. I have fic to work on, for someone's birthday. Ciao.

yay! good job girls :) i knew you could do it! not even a scratch on either one of you? oh and i got what i believe to be a drunken text from shei..either that or she somehow managed to send me a text while having a seizure heeeh ok im exaggerating (but only slightly) it wasn't THAT illegible, but yeah, im glad you too had fun! how was the haggis?

Hee! I remember reading it out loud as she typed it, and I know she spelled our names wrong but everything else right. I think.

It was a good night. Very hazy.
