I am wasting 10 mins on expensive airport internet whilst waiting for shei, who is flying in from Spain to see me for the first time EVER! EEEEE! It's gonna be awesome! I've managed to get my 6-day week down to just 2 days next week, so we're going to have an action-packed itinerary and it will be awesome! Even if we do kill each other (which is inevitable; I've visited Shei enough to know).

Gotta say, though, it is SO WEIRD being at the airport and not waiting to fly away to a distant land myself. I feel strange at the prospect of driving away from here, instead of flying!

I love the atmosphere at airports. I like to bring friends there who go on vacation or pick up people I know. Though I must say that I do prefer, too, to fly away myself.
So, what does your action-packed itinerary look like? I'm curious. :o)

We went to Alton Towers. We're going to Edinburgh and York, and to a place called Arthur's Hill.

Oh we love airports - do u know that Singaporeans go to the airport as an outing? Cos there is all that food & shopping there! i remembered travelling to the airport so that i could have a nice cool air-conditioned place to study at (that is not the library - nothing against libraries - i love them - just so many go there to study).
Anyhow, have a smashing good time ;)
