I do, now. *is ded*

I'm much more confident at driving, but oh my god I am so tired. And skint. Let's not forget that.

Today I received a free tank of diesel, a table-top fridge, and a phone call for interview. Downside to that last is they didn't tell me where to go. Um. Oops.

Tomorrow I am going to ring up every pub within 20 miles and ask if they have any vacancies.

On Monday I have an 'observation day' for the position as 'sales manager' (door-to-door sales), which I'm not exactly thrilled about but a job's a job, and at this point I'm getting slightly desperate. I also have a telephone interview with the AA in the morning.

On Tuesday is the above interview, somewhere in the middle of Newcastle. I hope it's for something halfway decent like receptionist or administrator. *crosses fingers*

In the interim, I need to:

  • go grocery shopping
  • inform SLC of my current ability to pay off student debt (read: nil)
  • register at a local doctor
  • declare my passport missing and order a new one (£72 down the drain)
  • get a new car insurance quote
  • tell bank of new address
  • sleep
At least my mum found my transcripts/degree from Keele, so I was able to finish applying to Durham University. Now I just have to wait 3+ weeks for a response, and if it's in the negative then I'm not quite sure what I'll do. *bites lip*

Free tank is good, especially when you're skint.
But hey you're rich in fangirlness. That makes up for it, hmm hmm? *cough*

Yes. I will live off my love of Merlin, and it shall keep me warm when I sleep rough in shop doorways at night.

*hugs tightly* It might be worth applying for a bank loan? Maybe? In the meantime, despite it being a hard drive to Nottingham and despite diesel being expensive (as opposed to unleaded) you're always welcome wherever the hell we'll be.

Mum told you that, and I told you that. So at least that's something. Right?

Also, if I (a weakling) did a day of door-to-door sales, then so can you. Wear comfortable shoes as you'll be walking A LOT and make sure you take at least TWO bottles of water.

I can't apply for a loan if I have no method of paying it back yet. When I have a job, we'll see what I can do. I'm hopeful. :D
