Durham, trip 1

Took a long-ass drive up to Durham on Wednesday for purposes of finding accomodation and handing in CVs to recruitment agencies. Succeeded on both counts. Found nice room in private house with a teacher in Ushaw Moor, which is far enough from the city to avoid being craptastic but close enough to commute to Durham, Darlington, Sunderland, Newcastle, and probably Hartlepool. All to the good then. Plus my car was fairly awesome for most of the trip, and nobody died. Win/win.

So the schedule looks something like: London tomorrow/Sunday, Cardiff next weekend, Durham before the end of the month.

I am so, so tired.

Wow, lots to do it seems. Keeping busy, hu?
btw: I got the whole season 1 on DVD from Fth last week and was finally able to watch it all. In like 2 go's. :o) Loved it. Though I must say that I thought the last two episodes to be not as great as the other ones... Looking very forward though to the next season... Whenever that will be...

Yes sleep sleep sleep - never drive while sleepy - NEVER! i know cos i've done it & it's not pretty!
