Vegas layover

At Vegas airport killing time. Will probably one day emigrate to America, possibly after my phd when I am traveled and worldly, etc. Only really realised today that I am heading to the deep south. Never been before. Never been to the east coast either. Such a vast and varied continent. You need to be a citizen just to explore it at leisure.

Lead flight attendant on my very budget flight was a short round blonde woman with the most rolling Georgia accent I ever heard. Hilarious to boot. Sang over the tanoy to the tune of that horrendous Barney sing: we love you, you love us, flying is faster than a bus, we have the best attendants in the industry, if you marry us then you'll fly for free.

They're not that perky on easyjet or ryanair, I can attest.

Good flight. Bumpy landing. Glad to be over camp and on my adventures once more.

Guy just walked past with paper bag on head like chef's hat. Writing said 'man-whore' with arrow pointing down. Indeed.
