Working Socially
Have done a bit of research on Social Work (postgrad entry) courses, and narrowed it down to three that I'll apply for next November:
1) York
2) Nottingham
3) Sheffield
Why November? Because I need to have 1700 hours (read: one year) of social work experience, either voluntary or paid, and though au pairing might count for something, it's not quite what they're looking for.
The good news is, voluntary work is as readily available in the UK as ever. The bad news is, I still need a job that pays. Hahaha ... crap.
