I saw the new Star Trek with bustahead today, and it was ... okay. Not awful, but not nearly as awesome I hoped or was led to believe. I'm quite disappointed actually, as I'd been looking forward to something quite epic and deep. But I found it really quite middling. *SIGH*

But who had the whole weekend off work? Yay!

Uh-oh. You shouldn't have told me that. Fth really wants to go see it and therefore I will be going there if I want it or not... :oP (though the reviews were all very enthusiastic...?)
The trailer looked fairly decent, but especially because of Chris Pine. ;o) I have never watched the series and honestly don't want to see it.
Last week I went to the movies to watch X-men Origins: Wolverine. That's a movie that had not that many good reviews, but despite of those, it was reeeally cool (yes, also because of Hugh Jackman... hehehe...) So go watch it if you haven't seen it yet. :oP

I feel very sad, like I'm missing out on something special. I loved George Kirk to itty bitty pieces (which he shortly became), but the rest I was pretty meh about.
